The Panhellenic Recruitment Team will be hosting a Recruitment webinar in Summer 2025. This webinar is intended to be for those curious about if Panhellenic would be a good fit for you. This is not mandatory by any means, but can be a great opportunity to gain insight into what to expect during the recruitment process as well as into Greek Life as a whole.

Fall Recruitment Orientation

Round One
Open House Round

Round One will give PNMs their first glimpse into each chapter. On these days, PNMs will visit all 10 chapters at their chapter facilities.

After this round, PNMs will preference their seven most preferred chapters and then their three least preferred in order. PNMs never "cut" a chapter.
Round Two
Sisterhood Round

PNMs will have up to 8 chapters to visit during Round Two. Chapter members will give tours of their chapter facility to PNMs, showcasing the home-away-from-home and the sense of community that their chapter has given them. PNMs will have conversations with chapter members where they learn what it means to be part of this chapter’s sisterhood. During this round, PNMs may want to ask chapter members about finances and any live-in requirements (some chapters require members to live in their house at least 1 year.)
After this round, PNMs will preference their 4 most preferred chapters and then their 4 least preferred in order. PNMs never "cut" a chapter.
Round Three
Impact Round

PNMs will have up to 4 chapters to visit during Round Three. Each chapter will highlight the impacts their members, philanthropy work, and community service has on campus and larger communities, as well as the impact the chapter has had on its members in a short video. Then, PNMs will have the chance to get to know more chapter members during their conversations. Parties will be longer, so PNMs will have more time to talk about chapters' personalities and values.​
After this round, PNMs will preference their 2 most preferred chapters and then their 2 least preferred in order. PNMs never "cut" a chapter.
Round Four
Preference Round

PNMs will have up to 2 chapters to visit during Round Four. Preference Round focuses on the deepest aspects of sorority life: sisterhood and ritual. Each chapter will have its own way of sharing these special features with PNMs. Preference parties are the longest parties of recruitment, and PNMs should gain a wholehearted understanding of their final chapters.
After this round, PNMs will preference the chapters they attend and sign the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA), which will be explained to them during preferencing.​
Bid Night

Bid Night will take place for PNMs to receive their bids and for chapters to welcome their new members! More details on Bid Night to come.
