Apply to the Panhellenic Executive Board

Dear Prospective Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in joining the UCLA Panhellenic Executive Board! The positions that are open for the 2024 calendar year are that of President, Executive Vice President, VP Finance, VP Membership: Internal, VP Membership: External, VP Risk Management, VP Philanthropy and Community Service, VP Scholarship, VP Education and EDI, VP Women's Wellness, and VP PR and Marketing. 

Descriptions of each position are available at uclapanhellenic.com on the Bylaws & Documents tab under Meet Exec. Please indicate on your application your preferred positions. If you are interested in being considered for any future Panhellenic positions should you not be slated or elected, please make note of that as well.

A solid and genuine commitment to joining this executive council is imperative to the community’s success. Qualities vital to true Panhellenic leadership are collaboration and cooperation, dedication, responsibility and reliability, and openness to challenging yourself and your perceptions of our community. If you are willing to push our community to grow, and to grow yourself, leadership on the Panhellenic Executive Board can provide you with lifelong benefits.

Applicants need to be available the following dates:
⁃ November 19th 5-7pm - Transition Meeting
⁃ February 29th-March 3rd AFLV Leadership Retreat in Anaheim


As an exec member, you are required to meet with exec (1hr) once a week and the delegates (1hr) once a week. These times can be decided by the new board. Additionally, you will be required to hold office hours at the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life for 1-2hrs weekly, this time is up to you, should you be selected! 

Applications will be due Monday of Week 7 (11/11) by 11:59pm.
